近两年，国际经贸摩擦时有发生，经济全球化遭遇波折。然而，2019年中央一号文件主张“扩大国内紧缺农产品进口，拓展多元化进口渠道”，又给我国小宗农产品的进口提供了一定的发展契机。经过2018年的磨合，2019年前4月中国进口俄罗斯亚麻籽6.08万吨，同比增长261%，前4月进口加拿大亚麻籽5.65万吨，第一次同比超过加拿大亚麻籽进口量，创下历史记录；前4月中国进口豌豆与去年同期基本持平；前4月中国进口大麦同比减少26%；前4月中国进口高粱仅有1.61万吨，与去年同期比减少99.3%；机会与挑战并存，我们应当怎样面对？“一带一路”大背景下全球小宗农产品市场格局会发生哪些变化？
