一、论坛背景Background of the forum

后疫情时代，随着国家《智能汽车创新发展战略》和《2020年智能网联汽车标准化工作要点》的相继颁布，智能网联汽车不断升温，随着汽车生产商不断推出新的数字化服务和自动驾驶功能，“在人工智能、物联网等技术快速发展并加速向各领域渗透的当下，发展智能网联汽车已成共识，创新在该领域发挥着日益重要的作用。无论是高端汽车生产商，经济型汽车生产商还是零配件企业都逐渐清晰地看到智能网联汽车技术对他们未来发展至关重要。

In the post-epidemic era, with the national“Smart Car Innovation and development strategy”and”2020 smart connected car standardization work points”promulgated successively, smart connected car heating up, as automakers continue to roll out new digital services and autonomous driving capabilities, “At a time when technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of things are rapidly developing and accelerating their penetration into all fields, there is a consensus on the development of intelligent internet-connected vehicles, and innovation is playing an increasingly important role in this field. It is becoming clear to high-end carmakers, budget carmakers and parts companies that smart, networked car technology is crucial to their future.

智能网联汽车是车联网与智能车的有机联合，是搭载先进的车载传感器、控制器、执行器等装置，并融合现代通信与网络技术，实现车与人、车、路、后台等智能信息交换共享，实现安全、舒适、节能、高效行驶，并最终可替代人来操作的新一代汽车。在今后的五年中，智能网联汽车即将改变整个汽车产业的生态系统，随着半自动化驾驶以及随之而来的全自动化驾驶的出现，都给汽车行业带来了无限商机以及数字化领域探索的机遇。

The intelligent networked vehicle is an organic combination of vehicle networking and intelligent vehicle, which is equipped with advanced vehicle sensors, controllers, actuators and other devices, and integrates modern communication and network technologies, it can exchange and share intelligent information with people, vehicles, roads and backstage, and realize safe, comfortable, energy-saving, efficient driving, and finally replace people to operate the new generation of vehicles. In the next five years, smart, networked cars are poised to transform the entire ecosystem of the auto industry, with the advent of semi-automated driving and, with it, fully automated driving, has brought the infinite commercial opportunity as well as the digitization domain exploration opportunity to the automobile industry.

本次论坛将诚邀全球范围内的领先传感器、5G、零部件供应商、国际标准组织、智能网联核心技术提供商和政府主管单位相关专家、技术负责人及相关行业人士一起，对智能网联汽车发展面临的挑战、机遇与对策各方面进行为期两天耿深层次并具有建设和战略性的探讨。

The Forum will invite the world's leading sensors, 5G, component suppliers, international standards organization (ISO) , intelligent networking core technology providers and government authorities to join the relevant experts, technical leaders and related industry, this paper discusses the challenges, opportunities and countermeasures of the development of the intelligent networked automobile for two days.
