    For this reason, Python has become one of the most important languages for not only software, but also for data science. Knowing the fundamentals of Python, and how to use it to work with data can help you across industries, from finance to healthcare to tech. Come learn and see how easy it is to get started!



    In only 2 hours, you will learn the basics of Python for data science, including:

    • What you can do with python

    • Data types

    • Input and Output

    • Loops

    • "Thinking" in python

    • You will also learn why python is so popular, and great for beginners if you're considering the field of data science. 


    Pre-requisites and equipment: 

    • No prior coding knowledge needed

    • Bring your laptop and charger

    • The instructor will be coding and guiding you through coding exercises

    Python and Machine Learning Engineer


    Gee has been a backend software engineer for the last several years. He first studied computer science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to get his theoretical foundation, and then gained his practical coding skillset as a student in Le Wagon Chengdu. After completing his coding bootcamp he became a full-time developer, which is where he increased his knowledge of how to use Python for data science and machine learning. He is a part-time instructor at Le Wagon and teaches our "Data Analytics with Python" course.
